香港國際學生視覺藝術比賽暨展覽 2017 網上遞交已完結

To the Education Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and Po Leung Kuk:

I, the submitter of the art works, hereby warrant that the entry is the entrant's original work, and authorise the Education Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and Po Leung Kuk to retain the right to edit, alter, publish, or use any entries in any forms for exhibition and any educational purposes.

In cases when the presenters, co-organisers or any related/affiliated organisations of the Contest are put to any legal actions, demands, claims and costs arising from the entries that are infringing intellectual property rights, the entrants concerned shall accept full liability and indemnify the presenters, co-organisers and any related/affiliated organisations of the Contest for all loss and damages.

本人為遞交人現保證參賽作品為參賽學生之原作；並授權中華人民共和國香港特別行政區教育局及保良局，可以編輯、修改、出 版，以及以任何形式展示參賽學生提供之參賽作品作展覽及教育用途，並有上述之最終決定權。

若因參賽作品侵犯知識產權，而導致本比賽的主辦及籌劃機構，或任何相關機構面對任何法律行動、要求、申索及開支，參賽者須 負全責，並賠償導致本比賽主辦及籌劃機構，以及任何相關機構一切相關的損失。

The term ‘Submitter' on the entry form refers to the person who accepts responsibilities for reading and undertaking to abide by the Contest regulations, ensuring that those participated in the Contest are aware of relevant matters.

Please ensure the accuracy of the information supplied, including name and school spellings, email and contact phone number; names and school’s name provided above will appear on the respective certificates if awarded, and relevant certificates will be posted to the school address provided above.

填寫在報名表上的「遞交者」須閱讀並承諾遵守比賽規則，以確保參賽學生關注與比賽相關的所有事項。

請確保所提供的資料正確無誤，包括所有姓名、學校名稱、電郵地址及聯絡電話；如學生獲得獎項，上述提供的姓名、學校名稱將會列印於證書上，並以上述提供之學校地址寄出相關證書。
